SINGAPORE – After heading the Mercedes-Benz office as president and chief executive in Singapore for four years, Mr Claudius Steinhoff, 36, leaves for South Africa on Aug 30 to be the head of marketing and sales function and the co-chief executive of the brand’s operation there.

His successor, Mr Marcel Luis Mustelier Perez, 40, starts at the Singapore office on Sept 1.
