Hi, it’s Prisca here.

Some of our friends appear to have it all in their careers, while others seem less happy.

On the whole, are Gen Zs and millennials satisfied with their salaries and work-life balance? And do people think they can be financially stable while pursuing a career that aligns with their passion?

These are some of the questions I tried to find answers to in today’s interactive article. My colleagues and I worked with research company Kantar to survey over 1,000 young workers on various aspects of work. Several young people also shared with me how they’re seeking meaning, growth and stability in their careers. Read their stories and find out what your peers think.

Meanwhile, if you’re looking for your first job, check out my colleague Hong Yi’s article, where experts share tips on how you can differentiate yourself and build relevant skills to get your foot in the door.

I hope you find the articles useful. Have a great rest of the week!
